6.Disclosure of transaction details to ONIRO DUO LDA and processing of transaction details at ONIRO DUO LDA.

ONIRO DUO will process the details of your transaction as data controller, (i) in order to review the purchase for possible fraudulent activity (ii) by storing your transaction details in its database and using them to improve its anti-fraud services, and; (iii) develop additional services. We will process your transaction details by automated means and aggregate your transaction details with other relevant data from transactions carried out by you on other e-commerce platforms, in order to assess the regularity of payment, according to pre-determined criteria. Disclosure is based on our legitimate interest in preventing fraudulent online transactions.

The processing of your Personal Data will be conducted by ONIRO DUO in Portugal.
